What do we offer?
Our clinic offers expert and modern assessments in Attention-Deficit / Hyperactivity Disorder and Autism Spectrum Disorder. The clinicians offering these assessments are highly trained and knowledgeable in their respective disciplines and have years of experience providing these assessments to our community. We strive to offer thorough, efficient, and effective assessments, understanding that your time and money are valuable, and you are seeking answers to your most pressing questions. We make sure to assess for non-typical presentations, influential factors and stressors, biological factors, and other underlying concerns. This allows for a collaborative approach rather than just searching for the presentation of symptoms.

- We offer assessments for kids/adolescents, college students, graduate students, and adults from all walks of life.
- Our ASD assessments can be completed for ages 2 and older.
- Our ADHD assessments can be completed for ages 8 and older.
- Our clinic utilizes health insurance and while we typically bill your insurance for your assessment, coverage is not guaranteed and you are encouraged to discuss this further with your insurance provider.
- If you are not utilizing health insurance, please contact us to discuss pricing for your particular assessment. We strive to offer affordable assessments that do not include the extra “fluff.”
- Regardless if insurance if used, a credit card is required to be placed on file to hold your appointment, and to protect our clinicians in the event of a late cancellation or no-show.
What to expect:
After your appointment is scheduled, you will receive an email from our front desk with further details and instructions.
- If they pertain to your appointment, additional forms may be supplied to you or required to complete prior to your appointment.
- The forms required to be completed prior to your appointment will be communicated with you at the time you schedule your appointment.
- An observer report may be a requirement for your assessment, meaning that someone close to you such as a partner/spouse, friend, relative, teacher, etc. may be asked to complete a form about you.
- You can anticipate being at our office for up to three hours. During this time a clinical interview will be conducted, as well as relevant testing.
- Our tests include but are not limited to objective measures, self/observer subjective questionnaires, observational measures, and clinical interviews. This ensures a well-rounded approach that entails much more detail than a screening measure, while balancing and reducing a traditionally redundant or excessive approach.
- Additional assessments may be provided at the time of the appointment, or further testing may be suggested after your appointment. This is unique to each individual and their presenting needs. On the day of your appointment:
- We ask that you arrive approximately 15 minutes early.
- If you are prescribed ADHD stimulant medication we ask that you consider abstaining from use of this medication for at least 24 hours so that you demonstrate baseline/unmedicated symptoms.
- Feel free to bring something to drink and a snack if necessary, especially for young children.
